Valorm Technologies collects minimal data to operate the Praqor API infrastructure. We collect the company name, technical contact email, and webhook URLs provided during your initial setup. We also collect automated server logs, which include IP addresses and API request patterns, strictly for security and rate-limiting purposes.
2. Blockchain Transparency
The Praqor infrastructure interacts with public blockchain networks. You acknowledge that TRON addresses, transaction hashes, and token balances are public by default. We index and process this public data to trigger your webhooks. We do not attach personal identifiable information to these public cryptographic records.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information exclusively to provide and secure the B2B infrastructure. This includes routing webhooks to your designated endpoints, sending critical security or infrastructure updates to your technical email, and mitigating DDoS attacks or unauthorized access attempts.
4. Third-Party Sharing
Valorm Technologies does not sell or rent your data. We share data only with essential cloud infrastructure providers required to host the API and database layers. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose data if legally compelled by a binding court order.
5. Data Retention
We retain payment metadata and delivery logs only as long as necessary to ensure system reliability and allow for webhook replays. Once a transaction is fully settled and aged beyond our technical retention window, the detailed webhook delivery payloads are purged from our active databases.
6. Security Measures
We implement strict access controls and zero-trust architecture within our environments. However, because no system is impenetrable, we mandate that you use HMAC signature verification on all webhooks. You must also maintain the secrecy of your API keys and administrative tokens.
