Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Praqor API and related infrastructure provided by Valorm Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the infrastructure. Praqor operates as a business-to-business service meant exclusively for enterprise integrations.

2. Description of Service

Praqor provides a headless API for generating addresses, monitoring TRC20 events on the TRON blockchain network, and dispatching webhook notifications. We offer software to automate the detection of on-chain activities. Praqor is strictly an infrastructure utility layer.

3. Non-Custodial Nature

Praqor is entirely non-custodial software. Valorm Technologies does not hold, own, or manage your digital assets. Our software generates cryptographic key pairs locally within your isolated environment. You retain complete control over your private keys and mnemonic phrases at all times. We are never in possession of your funds.

4. Compliance and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Praqor infrastructure complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Valorm Technologies provides the technical layer only. We do not perform "Know Your Customer" procedures on your end-users. You must implement your own compliance, anti-money laundering, and user verification systems.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The infrastructure is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Valorm Technologies disclaims all liability for the operational status of the TRON network, smart contract vulnerabilities, gas fee volatility, or consensus failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of webhooks in the event of upstream network outages.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Valorm Technologies be held liable for any loss of digital assets resulting from compromised keys, incorrect network configurations, or misconfigured API integrations on your end. Your total liability recovery is limited to the amount paid to Valorm Technologies for the use of the API infrastructure during the preceding twelve months.
